Buying and selling condos is done as a form of investment. When buying, always go in for a reasonably new condo rather than an old one. Check out the amenities, the maintenance and the neighbors and if you are convinced it is a good buy, go ahead and buy it. Wait for some time, and sell it high when you get the right customer and the right price.
